Bear Lot To Loading Dock
Friday Load In: The Bear Lot is the designated staging (marshaling) lot for all vehicles needing access to the loading dock. To ensure a smooth process, all vehicles must check-in at the Bear Lot before proceeding to the loading dock.
Attention all drivers! A friendly reminder that if you choose to park in the main parking lot, you can easily access the expo hall by foot. No need to make a detour to the Bear Lot. Your convenience is our priority. Thank you for choosing our venue.
Sunday Load Out: Please note that on Sunday, it is crucial that you obtain a new dock pass at the bear lot before attempting to load your items at the loading dock doors. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please use these directions to access the Bear Lot.
From 395
Take Exit 9 onto 2A East. Then take Exit 6 from 2A East (this turns into Mohegan Sun Boulevard). Turn Right at the first traffic light. Then take next right into Bear Lot. (you will likely see several large trucks staged in this lot).
From 2A West
Take Exit 2. Once off the exit ramp you will come to a Traffic Light (this is Mohegan Sun Boulevard). At th
is Light continue straight, crossing Mohegan Sun Boulevard. The Bear Lot entrance will be on your right. (you will likely see several large trucks staged in this lot).

Bear Lot To Loading Dock
- Turn Left out of Bear Lot and proceed to the Stop-Light at Mohegan Sun Boulevard.
- At the Light, turn Right onto Mohegan Sun Boulevard.
- Continue 3/10 of a mile on Mohegan Sun Boulevard and veer Right onto Cove Road.
- Stay to your Right – the Hotel will be on your Left.
- Continue on Cove Road past the Hotel.
- After passing the Hotel you will pass the Expo Center (also on your left).
- After passing the Expo Center, the Loading Dock entrance will be on your left.
